Luteinizing  and Testosterone Hormones:

Luteinizing  (LH)  and follicle-stimulating hormones (FSH), both are secreted by the pituitary gland and called gonadotropins or gonad hormones.

The brain interprets, send the signal to make more or less the testosterone by the testes.

The Luteinizing  (LH)  and follicle-stimulating hormones (FSH),  stimulate the gonads, the testes  (males) and the ovaries (females).

The Luteinizing  (LH)  and follicle-stimulating hormones (FSH), stimulate the gonads, the testes  (males) to produce the Testosterone.

Thus we can say Testosterone also a gonad (gonadotropins) hormone.

Testosterone plays an important role in making sperm, a low count of sperm certainly affects male fertility.

The low count of sperm make harder to conceive a child because the Testosterone is vital for a healthy sperm count, Testosterone is important for male for reproduction.

The Luteinizing  (LH)  and follicle-stimulating hormones (FSH), stimulate the testes  (males) to produce the Testosterone.

So Luteinizing  (LH)  and follicle-stimulating hormones (FSH) and Testosterone are not the same but the function is same.
