Simple Yoga For Evergreen Health:
Easy Twist Pose: Easy stand on the asan, raise both hands up (over the head) and hold both hands with each other, now twist the body to left side (twist only portion from waist to hands), (It is 1 position) mind it portion from waist to legs remain on the same position (do not twist this portion), after it, twist to the right side like similar (1 position), it is 2 position.
This is EasyTwist Pose, twist again and again left to right- the right to left, mind it not to twist waist to legs portion.

This Twist pose is a tremendous exercise for reducing fat from the waist and pan abdomen area, further creating any problems. Regular perform this Easy Twist pose for better result.
