Naukasan (Boat pose)

Exercise : Lie on the asan by back, stay both hands parallel over the head also keeps both legs parallel,now slowly up both hands and the arms not so much up, but near about 45°,keeps the both legs joined,after 1-2 minute gradually come down.

Repeat this exercise 6-8 times;then rest,this nice renowned asan is called Naukasan (Boat pose).

Benefit : Naukasan (Boat pose) liberate the tension,strain in the upper back,neck area and ease to lower back pain. Naukasan (Boat pose) enhances the digestive power and simply reduces the digestive disorders, discomforts, fatigue or strain in the legs,arms, shoulder are sure to away after a few exercise.

Naukasan produces nice pressure on the pan abdominal region,activate and strengthening the pelvis floor and other muscles,increases blood flow in this area,well activate,regulate the ovaries,testes,prostate and do well in these organ’s disorder. Regular practice this nice Naukasan for best result.

Caution: Do not perform Naukasan without doctor’s advice if suffering from any major spinal disorder,disease or any surgery in pan abdomen area.
