Trikonasana (Triangular pose)

Exercise : ) Easy Stand on asan keep a distance of 2 to 2.5 feet between the legs,Keep the both arm sideways,now raise the arms up To the level of the shoulders,bend left side,try to touch left toes by left hand,also keep the eyes on the left toes, at the same time raise right arm straight over the head,after ½ to 1 minute come on easy pose.

Now bend right side,try to touch right toes by right hand,also keep the eyes on the right toes,raise left arm straight over the head,after ½ to 1minute,again come on easy pose

Repeat this 5 to 7 times, after this yogabhayas take 3-4 minute rest,in this yogabhayas body of performer looks like a triangle,so this very much useful asan is called 'Trikonasana' (Triangular pose).

Trikonasan is surely best asan for the women who wish to remain young and beautiful forever,Trikonasan is very effective for improving their beauty.
